Miss Lindsay is a certified yoga instructor for both adults and children, but has found that children respond so well to the practice, and love doing it! Through pranayama (breath work,) asana (poses,) and meditation, children learn mindfulness, and how to cultivate awareness and love in everyday life while having a fun time!
We will read and tell several yoga themed stories, and learn the accompanying poses to them.
In Yoga, we love using music to accompany our Asanas (poses). Our favorite selection comes from Kidding Around Yoga.
