We have had the pleasure of having Ms. Lavonne teach our son in a mixed-age 3/4 preschool class. This was his first school experience, and it has truly been wonderful. Ms. Lavonne provided a language-rich, experience-filled school year. Our son learned countless pre-academic and social skills in a nurturing environment. The class was well-rounded, with lessons about the environment, the Bible, other cultures, and art. We would highly recommend Ms. Lavonne to all families!!!

My daughter was in Ms. Lavonne's 4's class in 2011 and she came home with new ideas for incredible projects and amazing hands-on experience. So many things were incorporated to make the lesson exciting and my daughter loved her time spent in school.
A lesson I still recall, and that she still talks about, was learning about Polar Bears and how thick their fur is. She put lard in a zip lock bag so they could feel how thick and warm their fur is so as to survive in the Arctic. They also played a neat bear paw game.
